Well, after 5 days of no refined sugar feeling sad and deprived (exaggeration), I decided to allow MINIMAL amounts of honey into my world…for tea, coffee and oatmeal.

Even though honey is a sweetener, it is better than white sugar and still way better than a Heath Bar(s). It is also not something I over indulge in. Plus it is local – yay! #rationalization #sugarisadrug

Overall, feeling good – and even after such a short time – sleeping well, fewer hot flashes (I think) and my pants are looser. #oversharing
