From freezer to table – yay!Gluten and dairy free – yay yay! (Not sugar free but it was oh so delicious) I made this yesterday with ingredients already in my house – no shopping needed – more yay!
Cut this recipe in half to make a 10 inch round plate of Summer Memory Pie 🙂 I did need to add a little more flour and oats to soak up some of the liquid from the thawed berries. Other than that it was easy and true to the recipe.
Took it to a meeting tonight. I was popular.
